Blood Oranges are Here!

Blood oranges are back! These special oranges contain an antioxidant called anthocyanin, which gives them their distinctive red coloring. Though the peels are orange, the inside of blood oranges range from deep red to red-and-orange streaked. Either way, they are striking when cut and tasty to eat! Blood oranges have a tangy taste and are also very juicy. They are great for adding a punch of flavor to salads, and of course, eating fresh!
