Stay Healthy with the Summer Olympics

With the summer Olympics in full swing in London, many of us are tuning in to watch amazing athletes compete at the highest level. Whether you love watching swimming, gymnastics, track and field – or even trampolining – we are happy to be celebrating sport and activity.

It’s a great motivation for all of us to get up and get active right alongside Team USA! While we may not set any records, watching the Olympics and taking inspiration from the spotlight can help get the whole family involved. Try out badminton, or hold your own speedwalking race through the neighborhood. Go for a bike ride or hold your own fun track and field day.

Whichever sport you watch in London, give it a try yourself for a fun and different way to stay healthy and active!
